DOSE:

1-Orally- Take one teaspoon three times a day for any type of infection

2- Nebulization- Excellent for respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia and bronchitis. Get a nebuliser machine and a mask. These can be found at most pharmacies. Put 15 cc (two teaspoons) in the included receptacle, turn on the machine and breathe deeply and slowly for approximately 15 minutes or until all the liquid is gone. Repeat three times a day for colds, pneumonias, bronchitis and sinusitis. If it makes you cough too much, add 20-30 grains of sea salt to the liquid just before nebulizing and shake.
